YUANZHU provides 3 plant types with tilt cake cutting technology: |

| SC 250-1000 | Short cakes (4,8m) and vertical positioning of cakes during autoclaving. |
| VA 450-1550 | Standard cakes (6,0 m) and vertical positioning of cakes during autoclaving. |
| HA 450-1550 | Standard cakes (6,0 m) and horizontal positioning of cakes during autoclaving |

Products: |
The plants can produce blocks in various sizes as well as reinforced products (panels) with integrated reinforcement section and machinery. An upgrade for production of panels is also possible in later stage. |

The above mentioned capacity is based on block production and 22,5hrs production time per day and 300 production days per year. For mixed production (block and panels) the capacity depends on the ratio of block and panel production due to different autoclaving time. Reinforced products (panels) requires a longer autoclaving.
